Alpha Commercial Finance Corp is a commercial loan broker, not a direct lender, bank, or financial institution. We connect U.S. businesses with third-party lenders for Commercial Real Estate Loans $500K to $10M, Equipment Financing $100K to $5M, Working Capital & Line of Credit $100K to $2M, and SBA 7(a) & 504 up to $5M.

2. No Guarantee of Approval

Submission of an application via our Google Form does not guarantee approval, funding, or any specific rates or terms. All approvals, rates, terms, LTV, and conditions are determined solely by third-party lenders based on credit, collateral, business financials, and underwriting.

3. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

4. Third-Party Lenders

We are not responsible for the actions, decisions, terms, or funding of third-party lenders. All loan agreements are directly between you and the lender.
